Refund policy

We do ensure that your purchase is of the best quality, though in case, you are not happy with our product, we will be happy to return, exchange or refund within 15 days of your purchase.

Do email us or WhatsApp us at +447938777118 with your purchase proof, contact details and your product concerns. We do expect the following:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation is mandatory, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange in case there is no proof.
  • Do attach photographs in case of any product quality issues.
  • Due to health & hygiene concerns, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange or refund on the following items unless they are returned to us in unopened, with their original seal and original packaging :
    • Aprons, Bath Mats, Bath Robes, Blankets, Kitchen Clothes, Napkins, Pet Bowls and mats, Throws and Towels
