PRIVACY POLICY

We do require some information from you when you place an order with us. This enables us to provide you with better services.

We request your name, delivery address, email id, telephone number, credit card/debit card/paypal number, their expiry dates and security code as we would be unable to accept your order without this information.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES ONLY:

Processing your order
Informing you about the delivery or collection status;
Serving personalised content;
Contacting you for your reviews & feedback post the product delivery;
Notifying you of our new products/launches or special offers that may be of interest to you

These details may be shared with other businesses who help us to process your order. Penguin Home does require all such businesses to treat these details as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. We do not release your details to any company outside of Penguin Home for marketing purposes.

We need to keep your emails & order history with us, so that we can help you in dealing with any issues and so that we can create offers which interests you.

REFUND POLICY

We do ensure that your purchase is of the best quality, though in case, you are not happy with our product, we will be happy to return, exchange or refund within 15 days of your purchase.

Do email us at customerservice@penguinhomeglobal.com with your purchase proof, contact details and your product concerns. We do expect the following:

The product is unused and in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
Proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation is mandatory, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange in case there is no proof.
Do attach photographs in case of any product quality issues.
Due to health & hygiene concerns, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange or refund on the following items unless they are returned to us in unopened, with their original seal and original packaging :
- Aprons, Bath Mats, Bath Robes, Blankets, Kitchen Clothes, Napkins, Pet Bowls & Mats, Throws and Towels

Once you mail us at customerservice@penguinhomeglobal.com our team will get in touch with you for further actions.

Please do note that all refunds will be reverted back to your original tender type.

CANCELLATION POLICY

With the exception of any personal data, the use of which is covered by our Privacy Policy, all User Content may be used at Penguin Home's sole discretion. Penguin Home reserves the right to change, condense or delete any User Content placed by you on our website that Penguin Home deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these terms of use. SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling your order

Our endeavour is to deliver your order at the earliest, if your order is due to be delivered within the next 5 days, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can return the item within 15 days of receipt.

What can you do if your order is delayed

In case of any delays, please do mail us at customerservice@penguinhomeglobal.com, we may be able to cancel it. We do appreciate your patience for us to get back to you.

How can you add more items to your my existing order

You will have to place another order as more products cannot be added to an existing order.

Removal of items from your order

You can not remove products from an existing order though you can always follow our returns policy for the unwanted products.

Change in delivery address

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed to prevent any frauds & security issues.
