Cancelling your order
We endeavour to deliver your order at the earliest, if your order is due to be delivered within the next 5 days, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can return the item within 15 days of receipt.
What can you do if your order is delayed?
In case of any delays, please do mail us or WhatsApp us at +447938777118, and we will be able to share the updated status of your order. We do appreciate your patience for us to get back to you.
How can you add more items to your existing order?
You will have to place another order as more products cannot be added to an existing order.
Removal of items from your order
You can not remove products from an existing order though you can always follow our returns policy for unwanted products.
Change in the delivery address
The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed to prevent any fraud & security issues.
